The ongoing pandemic has made engaging stakeholders more challenging than it normally is. Online workshops can be very effective, and a number of new tools, such as Miro, have filled the void for effective interactive tools.
But it’s difficult to use virtual modes with stakeholders who are less connected, or less comfortable with digital tools, and there could be a large bias introduced through reliance on the replacement of human interaction with digital tools.
